Education - Tackling School Dropouts
The journey of education begins with hope, but for too many children, it ends prematurely. Out of every 100 students who enroll in government schools at the 1st standard, fewer than 10 make it to the 10th standard. This alarming dropout rate highlights the need for sustainable educational reforms and support systems to keep children in school and ensure they receive the education they deserve. -
Support for Abandoned Women and Orphans
A significant number of women and children in our community are suffering in silence. Abandoned and destitute women, along with orphans, are deprived of the basic amenities needed for a dignified life. Their emotional, physical, and psychological well-being is in jeopardy, and urgent support is needed to provide shelter, healthcare, and essential services to these vulnerable groups. -
The Burden of Debt
Every household in the community is struggling with crippling debt, often borrowed from local financiers or companies at exorbitantly high interest rates, commonly known as “Sangha.” This cycle of debt traps families in poverty, preventing them from achieving financial stability and independence. Immediate steps are required to provide relief and help break this vicious cycle. -
The Growing Crisis of Drug Abuse Among Children
Drug abuse, especially among children and adolescents, is reaching alarming levels. This growing crisis threatens to derail the futures of our youth and severely impacts the social fabric of our community. Swift action is essential to create awareness, provide rehabilitation services, and offer healthy alternatives to combat addiction and protect the next generation.
