FAIRMEDSis an initiative of Al Ansaar trust that has been operating for the past 6 months, providing good quality medicines that are cost-effective. The primary aim of Fairmeds is to help the common man save their hard-earned money by offering medicines at affordable prices.

Many chronic ailments, such as diabetes, hypertension, and other well-being drugs, can be quite expensive, and at times, they are sold with high margins, up to 80%. At Fairmeds, we aim to reduce this burden by passing on the profit as savings to our customers.

Initially when we started, we were doing a daily sales of ₹500 and now after 6 months we are doing an average daily sales of more than ₹2000.

Here are some numbers for the period1/10/2022 to 31/03/2023

Total no of invoices:  1134

Total value of medicines given in MRP : ₹3,57,337

Total Discount given : *₹1,53,317*Avg discount given : 60% in generics                                  18% in non generics.

In addition to this No of extremely poor chronic patients who are given monthly medicine for free : 20

Total Cost price of medicine for these 20: ₹90,000.
