On June 22nd, Al Ansaar Trust organized an impactful workshop dedicated to teachers, along with an inclusive discussion attended by Head Masters (HMs) and Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs) from over a dozen government schools. Presided over by Mr. Ameen e Mudassar, CEO CIGMA Foundation, the event focused on enhancing the quality of government schools and developing strategies to reduce dropout rates among students.

The gathering served as a platform for constructive dialogue and collaboration among educational leaders. Participants shared valuable insights and proposed potential solutions aimed at improving educational outcomes. The exchange of ideas was particularly focused on practical approaches to retain students and improve their learning experiences. The collaborative spirit of the event was evident as participants engaged in deep discussions, addressing the challenges faced by government schools and exploring innovative methods to tackle these issues.

One of the significant highlights of the event was the distribution of stationary kits to the teachers working in government schools. These kits are intended to aid teachers in creating high-quality Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs), thereby enhancing the educational resources available to students.

The workshop concluded on a positive note, with a renewed sense of commitment among the attendees to drive improvements in their respective schools. The insights gained from the discussions are expected to be translated into practical measures, contributing to the overall enhancement of the education system.

Al Ansaar Trust's initiative has set a precedent for future collaborative efforts aimed at fostering better educational environments and outcomes for students in government schools.
