At Al Ansaar Trust Centre, we recently had the privilege of hosting an impactful session for the youth of Yuva Café, Alahalli. The event was led by the esteemed doctors of Ummeed Rehabilitation and De-addiction Centre, Dr. Asfia and Dr. Athiya, who shared their expertise on critical issues affecting young minds today.

The session brought together youth engaged in skill development programs at Yuva Café, as well as those preparing for their NIOS exams under the guidance of Al Ansaar. The discussion revolved around pressing challenges such as financial stress, economic recession, and the dangers of substance abuse. Dr. Asfia and Dr. Athiya provided valuable insights into how stress can gradually lead to addiction, emphasizing the importance of recognizing early warning signs, adopting healthier coping mechanisms, and seeking timely support.
The interactive dialogue left a lasting impression on the participants, inspiring them to prioritize education, skill-building, and positive habits as tools to navigate life's challenges. The session underscored the significance of mental well-being and resilience in achieving personal and professional growth.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Asfia, Dr. Athiya, and the entire Ummeed Rehabilitation team for their invaluable guidance and support. A special thanks to Shahjahan, Coordinator of Yuva Café, for her unwavering dedication and collaboration in making this event a success.
At Al Ansaar Trust Centre, we remain committed to empowering the youth with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to build a brighter future. Together, we can create a community that thrives on positivity, resilience, and mutual support.
Stay tuned for more inspiring initiatives!
